To perform the chest dip
- Mount the dip apparatus and grasp the handlebars on each side.
- Keeping your back flat, chest up, and head looking straight, lean forward and lift your feet up behind your torso.
- Lean forward and slowly bend at your elbows, lowering yourself to a parallel position.
- Once you reach parallel, slowly press yourself back up to the starting position.
That's one rep.
