Hip Opening Stretches Part 2
This is the second stretch in our Hip-Opening Stretch series.
- From the Kneeling, stretch with your right foot forward and knee directly above the ankle
- Pull your left foot in towards your bum.
- Squeeze your glutes and hamstrings to prevent hyperextension of the low back.
You will feel this stretch along the front of the left thigh through the quadriceps and across the hip flexors.
